About Me
Bill James-Wallace has been in the people development industry for over 18 years.
He has held key roles as lead facilitator in Executive Development programs, has headed up a national Leadership Development facility and consulted senior executives, business owners and sales people in strategy, business, sales and leadership.
With experience in the financial industry, call centres and IT companies, Bill brings a host of skills and knowledge to his clients with a track record of significant success, even in the most testing of times and industries - we all remember the dot com crash of 2000.
Bill bases his philosophy of development around being the best you can be - whether ‘you’ is an individual, a team or a company. He also knows what it is like to get a struggling team to the top and helping them stay there.
With many years in theatre and some singing (though he believes that is only a fair interpretation of what he did) he brings a unique style to his facilitation and really does exemplify the adage “I wouldn’t ask you to try something I haven’t already done.”
Bill writes for business magazines and has spoken at local Chambers of Commerce around the subjects of service, leadership, customer relationship management and strategy.
He currently resides in Perth, Western Australia with his wife and two children.
His interests outside business are his family, assisting his son to develop his latent hockey skills as well as guiding his daughter through her first few significant investments and his wife … who he loves passionately after more than 23 years and whom he knows when to obey and when to rebel! (He had her permission to write this!)
